Terms of Service
Adhook generates static ad creatives and ad copy for your own products and services. By creating an account or using Adhook you agree to these terms.
Your account. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use. Generate ads only for products and services you are entitled to promote, and follow our content policy. We may decline or remove content that breaks it.
Credits and billing. Generation uses credits. Paid plans and top-ups are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Monthly plan credits reset each cycle and do not roll over; top-up credits persist while your subscription is active.
Your content. You keep ownership of the product information and images you provide. You are responsible for having the rights to them. You may use the creatives Adhook produces for your advertising.
Service and changes. Adhook is provided on an as-is basis during beta. We may change or interrupt the service and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Termination. You may stop using Adhook at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the content policy.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
This is an interim draft to accompany the beta. It is not legal advice and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; the final Terms of Service will replace it and take precedence once published.
