This explains what personal data Adhook collects and how we use it. Adhook is the controller for your account and billing data.
What we collect. Account details (email, name, country), the product information and images you upload, the ads you generate, and basic usage and security logs. Payment details are handled by Paddle, not stored by us.
Why we use it. To provide the service (our contract with you) and, only with your consent, to contact you about access and product updates.
Who we share it with. Service providers that run Adhook on our behalf: our payment provider (Paddle), the AI model providers used to generate briefs, images and copy, and our hosting provider. They process data only to deliver the service.
Retention. We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you can object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Complaints. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
