Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and sets out how you may use Adhook. It applies to everything you submit and every ad you generate.
Advertise only what you are entitled to. Use Adhook to create ads for your own products and services, or those you are authorized to promote. You must hold the rights to the URLs, product data, and images you submit.
Content we will not generate. To keep the service safe and lawful, we do not generate ads that involve:
- Sexual, intimate, or child sexual content.
- Illegal or dangerous goods or activities (for example weapons or illicit drugs).
- Hate, harassment, or graphic violence.
- Third-party trademarks, brands, or logos you do not own.
- A real, identifiable person's likeness (including celebrities) without authorization.
- Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising, or unsubstantiated regulated claims (for example unproven health, medical, or financial claims).
Prohibited conduct. Do not attempt to bypass our moderation or safety measures, submit other parties' content you do not have rights to, remove AI-provenance marks from outputs, resell or expose the service as your own generation API, or use Adhook in a way that breaks the law or the policies of the ad platforms where you run the creatives.
Enforcement. We may decline or remove content that breaks this policy and may suspend or terminate repeat or serious offenders. If a generation is declined on policy grounds, no credits are charged. If you think a decision was a mistake, contact [CONTACT_EMAIL].
This is an interim draft to accompany the beta. It is not legal advice and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; the final Acceptable Use Policy will replace it and take precedence once published.
