These are the service providers we use to run Adhook. Each processes data only to deliver the service and is bound by a data processing agreement. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Anthropic
- Purpose
- AI text generation (creative brief, image verification, ad copy, moderation).
- Location
- USA
- Transfer basis
- EU-US transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses in Anthropic's data processing agreement.
Google (Gemini, Analytics)
- Purpose
- AI image generation and reformatting; website analytics (Google Analytics 4), which runs only after consent in the EEA and the UK.
- Location
- USA
- Transfer basis
- Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses also apply under Google's data processing terms.
Paddle
- Purpose
- Payments and billing as merchant of record.
- Location
- United Kingdom / EU / USA
- Transfer basis
- The United Kingdom is covered by an EU adequacy decision; Paddle's data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses cover its US processing.
Hetzner
- Purpose
- Hosting and infrastructure.
- Location
- EU (Germany / Finland)
- Transfer basis
- Processed in the EU; no third-country transfer.
Google Workspace
- Purpose
- Transactional email delivery (account verification, password reset, and account notices).
- Location
- EU / USA (global infrastructure)
- Transfer basis
- Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses also apply under the Google Workspace data processing terms.
Firecrawl
- Purpose
- Fetching the public product or service page whose URL you submit. Firecrawl may retain fetched page content for a limited period on its own infrastructure.

- USA
- Transfer basis
- EU-US transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses in Firecrawl's data processing agreement.
We update this list when our providers change and notify account holders by email at least 14 days before a new sub-processor starts processing your content; if you object, you may stop using the service and delete your account. Questions: privacy@theadhook.com.
